About this consultancy
My name is Muhammad Danish. I am an independent consultant. I write business plans, feasibility studies and financial models for founders raising money, and I do the work myself.
Who runs this site
This is not an agency with account managers and a drafting team. It is one consultant, working remotely, taking a small number of engagements at a time.
I work from Pakistan, which puts me roughly two hours ahead of Saudi Arabia. That matters in practice: Gulf business hours fall in my afternoon, and calls are scheduled in that overlap.
I write in English. I do not offer Arabic-language documents, and I do not machine-translate work and present it as native Arabic.
What I actually do
- Write business plans for bank loans, investors and internal approval.
- Build the financial model that sits behind the plan.
- Write feasibility studies when the viability question is still open.
- Produce market research summaries, proposals, company profiles and pitch deck content within the same family of funding documents.
I do not do web design, branding, social media, accounting, legal advice, tax advice or general copywriting through this site. Those are different services, and mixing them would make the positioning meaningless.
How I work
- A free thirty-minute scoping call.
- A written scope and quote.
- Advance payment before drafting begins.
- A draft, then two revision rounds.
- Final documents and a handover note explaining the model.

What I will not claim
I will not invent years of experience, client names, funding outcomes or credentials. What is on this site is what can be evidenced: the structure of the work, the samples, and the terms.
That is also why the portfolio contains fictional samples rather than client logos. Publishing a real client's financials would breach confidentiality; inventing testimonials would be dishonest. The samples show the craft instead.
Why the site is explicit about being remote
Because a founder in Jeddah is entitled to know whether they are dealing with a local firm or someone working online. There is no office in Jeddah, no local phone number dressed up as an office line, and no address on this site.
If that matters to you, this is not the right service. If what matters is whether the document is any good, the samples and the process are the things to judge.
