Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form, in plain language.
This site collects the information you enter in the enquiry form — name, email, business idea, stage, funding purpose, timeline, budget range, preferred contact route and message — and uses it only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a scope. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
What is collected

The server also records the submission time, a hashed form of your IP address (for rate limiting) and your browser user agent, for security and spam prevention.
Why it is collected
To respond to your enquiry, decide whether the engagement fits, prepare a scope and quote, and keep a record of the instruction if work proceeds. That is the only purpose.
Consent
You give consent by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form. Consent covers contact about this enquiry, including by WhatsApp if you selected that route. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address below; the enquiry will then be closed and the record deleted unless a legal obligation requires retention.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months from the date of the last contact, then deleted. If an engagement proceeds, project records are kept for as long as required for the working relationship and for any statutory record-keeping obligation, and then deleted.
Who it is shared with
No one, except:
- the email and hosting providers used to receive and store the enquiry, acting as service providers;
- authorities, where there is a legal obligation to disclose.
Data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and there is no marketing list.
Where it is stored
Enquiry emails and records are stored on the hosting account for this website and in the consultant's email account. Access is limited to the consultant.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@jeddahbusinessplan.pro with the request and it will be actioned within a reasonable period.
Security
Access to enquiry data is restricted and the hosting account is protected by a password and transport encryption. No system is perfectly secure; if you would prefer not to send sensitive details through the form, send a short enquiry and share details later by email.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
