How the engagement works
Six steps, no surprises. You should know what happens, what it costs and what you receive before any money changes hands.
The six steps
- Free scoping call — 30 minutesFunding purpose, reader, timeline, and what inputs you already have. Scoping only: no writing and no modelling in this call.
- Written scope and quoteDeliverables, inputs required, timeline, revision rounds, price, currency and payment schedule — in writing, before anything starts.
- Advance paymentStandard plans are paid in full before drafting. Larger scopes are staged in writing, with the first stage paid up front.
- DraftingResearch, writing and the financial model. You receive a draft for review rather than waiting for a finished document.
- Review and two revision roundsYou mark up the draft; I revise within the agreed scope. Corrections and clarifications are included.
- Final deliveryPlan and model files in the agreed formats, with a short handover note explaining the model structure.

What is not included
- Submitting applications to banks, funds or programmes. I prepare the document; you submit it.
- Guarantees of approval, funding or investor interest.
- Arabic-language work. If a submission requires Arabic, I will say so and refer you.
- Legal, tax, audit, valuation or licensing advice.
- Introductions to investors or lenders.
- Work outside the written scope, which is quoted separately before it is done.
How long it takes

Missing inputs are the usual cause of delay. The timeline guide explains the dependencies in more detail.
Communication
- Replies within one working day.
- Consultations scheduled within two to three working days of first contact.
- Meetings fall in the Saudi–Pakistan overlap: Saudi Arabia is about two hours behind Pakistan, so Gulf business hours land in my afternoon.
- No round-the-clock availability, and no promise of same-day delivery.
Payment
- Routes: PayPal or Payoneer, confirmed with you before the quote is issued. Wise is not assumed; if you raise it and it works for both sides, we confirm it in writing.
- Currency: agreed before quoting. USD is the default for international clients.
- Terms: standard plans in full in advance; larger scopes staged in writing.
Confidentiality
Client materials are treated as confidential. I do not publish client work, client names or figures without written permission. The samples on this site are fictional and labelled as such — they are not disguised client documents.
