Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered plainly.
Short answers first: no Jeddah office, no fixed price, English only, no funding guarantees, two revision rounds included, and advance payment before drafting. The detail behind each is below.
Pricing and payment
How is the price set? After the scoping call, based on document type, research depth, model complexity and timeline. You receive a written scope and quote before anything starts. The pricing page explains the factors.
Why no published price? Because a five-page plan for a kiosk and a forty-page plan for a clinic are different jobs. A single number would either overcharge the first or underdeliver on the second.
When is payment due? Standard plans in full before drafting. Larger scopes are staged in writing.
Scope and delivery
What documents do you produce? Business plans, investor plans, bank-loan plans, feasibility studies, financial models, market research summaries, proposals, company profiles and pitch deck content. Nothing outside that family.
What format are the files? Word and PDF for documents; Excel for models. Agreed in the written scope.
Can you meet a tight deadline? Sometimes. It depends on scope and how quickly inputs arrive. I will say no rather than promise a date I cannot keep.
Language and location
Why English only? Because a machine-translated plan presented as native Arabic work is a misrepresentation, and a plan that a bank cannot read fluently is a liability. If Arabic is required, I refer the work elsewhere.
Where are you based? Pakistan, working remotely with founders in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is about two hours behind, so calls fall in my afternoon.
What a plan cannot do
Can a plan guarantee funding? No. It can make the business legible and the numbers defensible. The decision belongs to the reader.
Can you make my projections more attractive? I can make them clearer and better supported. I will not inflate them. A plan that collapses under questioning is worse than a modest plan that holds.
Working together
How do we start? Send an enquiry through the contact page or message the consultant on WhatsApp. Include what the business is, what the money is for, and when you need it.
What if I already have a plan? A review engagement may be enough: mark-up, weak-assumption list and a prioritised set of fixes.
Model-only and review engagements
Can I commission just the model? Yes. A model-only engagement includes the assumptions sheet, P&L, cash flow, break-even and scenarios, without the written plan. It suits founders who have a plan but need defensible numbers.
Can you review a plan I have already written? Yes. A review includes a written mark-up, a list of unsupported claims, an inconsistency check between plan and model, and a prioritised set of fixes. It is usually a fraction of the cost of a rebuild.
Do you work with businesses outside Jeddah? Yes, across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. The site targets Jeddah because that is the market it was written for, and the disclosure about remote delivery applies everywhere.
Confidentiality and documents
How is confidentiality handled? Client materials are never published, shared or used as samples. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed if you require one, and the terms page sets out the commitment.
Who owns the documents? On full payment, you do. The model is delivered with visible formulas so it can be maintained internally, and the handover note explains how.
What if I need the plan updated later? A refresh is a smaller engagement than the original. The structure already exists; the assumptions and the results change.
Still unsure?
Send the three facts that determine everything: what the business is, what the money is for, and when you need the document. The reply will tell you whether the scope fits, and if it does not, what would fit better.
